What you’ll need

1 small ripe banana

140g berries eg blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries + more to serve

Apple juice or mineral water (optional)

Runny honey to serve (optional)

How to prepare

Slice the banana into your blender or food processor and add the berries of your choice. Blend until smooth

Continue blending whilst you add juice or water to your preferred consistency

If you like, you can serve with a few extra fruits and a drizzle of honey on top
