The Financial Conduct Authority is the independent watchdog that regulated financial services. Use this information to decide if our services are right for you. All of the finance products we offer are optional.

Finance Products:

We are not independent financial advisers and therefore no advice or recommendations will be made by us. If you are interested in funding all or part of your procedure through finance we will introduce you to a lender and finance products to assist you. We will not be paid for making this introduction. You also have the option to seek funding from other lending sources available to you. This may be your bank or another lender.

We work exclusively with a lender called Chrysalis Finance. By providing us with your personal credit details you will be giving us authority to submit a credit application on your behalf to Chrysalis Finance.

Fees:

We do not charge a fee for any of the introductory services we offer.

Complaints:

 If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge. The Ombudsman’s website details are www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. Time limits to refer your complaint to the Financial Services Ombudsman service may apply.
