Our Gastric Balloon Treatments
The gastric balloon procedure is a non-surgical solution to help you lose weight* without surgery, pills or diets. It is ideal if you have tried dieting without long term success but you don’t qualify for a surgical procedure or don’t want to resort to a life-changing operation.
Traditionally gastric balloon procedures have involved a 3-4 hour hospital stay for an endoscopic insertion followed by a second visit when it’s ready for removal. Not any more! The Allurion (aka Elipse) swallowable gastric balloon is a new innovation in balloon technology requiring no endoscopy, no sedation and no removal procedure.
Gastric balloons have been inserted and removed via endoscopy for about 20 years and the procedure is very quick and straightforward. Both the 6 month and 12 month balloons are endoscopy procedures and are implanted under sedation for your comfort. Which you choose will depend on your lifestyle, budget and weight loss target.

30 Day Early Removal Warranty
For just £199 you can choose to add the Early Removal Warranty, which is designed to protect you in the event of severe intolerance. If your balloon is removed within 30 days you'll be refunded your procedure fee.
Warranty Against Rupture
Endoscopic balloons include a Free 30-day warranty against rupture, your balloon will be replaced free of charge. For a small fee, you can choose to extend to the whole implantation period.
Swallowable balloons include a free 90-day warranty against rupture, you'll receive a free replacement balloon
